What Is Corn Fructose Sugar? – How Toxic Is It?

Fructose is fruit sugar. Nature provide us the chemistry for metabolizing only a small amount of fructose. The availability of low-cost corn fructose as a substitute for cane sugar has had devastating effects on the health of all people, worst for children.


Molecular Structures of Fructose and Glucose

Glucose and fructose are very similar in structure. Yet, the human body metabolizes then in very different ways. Fructose is more fattening.

Corn fructose is preferred by the food corporations because it is cheaper – cheaper by significantly more unhealthy.
