Delicious Quiche With Nut Crust


1 cup and 1/2 of ground walnuts (your choice of nuts)

3 tablespoons of butter melt in sauce pan

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Press the nut mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 10 minutes, or until the edge is golden brown. Cool.

In a separate bowl mix

  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 ounces of fresh spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Feel free to add any ingredients to your taste!

Pour ingredients into the nut shell, allowing egg mixture to thoroughly combine with spinach mixture.

Preheat oven for 15 minutes. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until set in center. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
