Delicious Insulin Friendly Cheesecake!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups Grounded Walnuts
tsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 packaged (8 oz each) philidelphia regular cream cheese softened
2/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
4 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
1.Make Crust: Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9-inch pan.
  • Grounded walnuts
  • Melted butter
  • tsp Splenda

2.Make filling: Beat cream cheese, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener in a  medium bowl until well mixed and smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix until well blended. Pour filling over crust.

  1. Bake 55 minutes at 325 degrees F. or until center is almost set. Refrigerate for 4 hours and enjoy!
